Following the successful launch and running of the National Care Records Service (NCRS), the new and improved successor to the Summary Care Record application (SCRa). NHS England are beginning to switchover all SCRa users and organisations to NCRS. They are working to get this done by 29 September 2023.

As such, if you are a user of the Summary Care Record application (SCRa) you will be required to switch over to the new National Care Records Service (NCRS) by 29/09/2023.
