Issue with SystmOne and latest Microsoft Word
TPP have been made aware of a potential performance bug with Microsoft Word v2311 (released 29/11/2023), whereby SystmOne users are intermittently unable to save Word Documents created from a Word Letter Template via integrated Word.
Whilst TPP continue to investigate this issue, A further update will follow once available.

UPDATE - 11/12/2023: TPP are continuing to raise this with Microsoft for investigation. For those using v2311 who encounter this issue we have added the ability to copy the data previously entered before closing the template, so that users can easily re-create these documents. The steps can be found in the error message that appears.
