RESOLVED: SBS Oracle System is down

SBS is currently down.

It's a national issue that has been reported to SBS and they are investigating.

John Scroggins in on annual leave, but the finance team are keeping everyone updated.

From SBS

As outlined in communication 2763 (25 August 2025), our Oracle R12 services are temporarily unavailable. This is due to issues encountered during the scheduled upgrade works taking place over the bank holiday weekend.

Our technical team are prioritising resolution, and our current estimated restoration time is tomorrow, Wednesday 27 August.

The SBS Oracle system continues to be offline for all users nationally.

SBS have updated their estimated system restoration date to Thursday 28 August with specific availability times to be confirmed.

The SBS Oracle system is now available following issues with the system upgrade over the weekend.
