As part of the Trust’s ongoing adoption of new technologies provided by membership of NHS Office 365, we will be adding a new information protection icon to staff desktops. Initially this will not impact users and you will not be required to change the way you use MS Office and MS Outlook.
A new icon will appear as part of any Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word, but at this stage there is no requirement for any staff to use it. The Icon will look like this:
If you would like to use Sensitivity Labels you can find details in the below link. It should be noted that adding a sensitivity label to a document will impact access across all staff within the Trust rather than just your team/service
