Symptoms:
- All Citrix VApps aren’t displaying correctly
- Mouse clicks are misaligned
Fix:
Close any currently open virtual application, right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon in your Taskbar and open the Advanced Preferences.
In the Advanced Preferences, click on High DPI option.
The default option is set to letting the OS scale, you want to change this to native as shown below.
Click on Save then restart the application.
